Restoring email from Cloud Backup

If you need to have an email, or all emails from a user restored, please reach out to us via live chat or email support@sixfive.com.au 

We will need as many of the following details from you as you can: 

For emails:

  • Subject (or as much as possible of it)
  • Date of email (if its a specific email)
  • The Sender and recipient email address
  • Date range of emails you wish to restore
  • Where you want to restore the emails to (i.e. the same user, or another user)

We appreciate these details are not always top of mind, so please provide as much detail as possible so we may be able to find the item in question! 

We'll go digging for it and provide you with a list of options to restore based on what we can find.
