How do I get support?

To get support from SixFive for a product you have with us, can be done via a few channels. 

When is support available?

We are available 24 hours a day, by phone, live chat and email. 

I have an issue, where should I start?

The best place to start for any enquiry is by searching in our Knowledgebase. We have a lot of articles built up over time to answer most of the questions from our clients. 

From there if you cannot find the answer you need please select a way to get help that suits you.

How can I get assistance? 

We have several modes communication that we can help you through.

Get support with Live chat

The quickest way to get help with an issue is to use the live chat icon on any page of our website. 

Get help by phone

You can also call us on +61 2 8006 5082

If we can't help you immediately the team will create a ticket and escalate to the best person to help you resolve your problem. 

Get help by email

You can create a ticket with us which you will get a copy of via email. You can see your support ticket history when you login to my.sixfive.com.au via My Tickets so if you don't hear from us by email for a while you can also check here to see if we did respo nd, but you didn't get the email.  

What will I need to provide?

To get an answer to your issue quickly we will commonly need some information from you.  There are various articles in our Knowledgebase about what information to provide support for the best time to resolution for your issue. 

What can SixFive not help with?

SixFive cannot help you with

Desktop / device issues

If you are having a problem with a device for an application not related to your product with us. The exceptions to that rule are:

  • If you are using Chromebooks registered with your Google Workspace account
  • You are trying to install Google Drive on your computer 

Domain configuration 

We cannot help you with DNS configuration when your domain is not under our control as a registrar or DNS host. If you have no option but to have your DNS elsewhere but are using Wordpress or Google Workspace with us, then we may do a 1 on 1 session with you to help and you will be advised of that fee prior to booking the time. 

Connecting/Configuration of third party tools

If your domain is with SixFive, and you choose to host your website on Squarespace for example, we cannot help you with that configuration. We have several articles for common tools like this to assist you in finding the correct information.
