Administrator / Editor password resets are not working

Email by it's very nature is insecure, and is frequently compromised. This results in a trade-off between security and convenience, one which is lessened with the prevalent use of a password manager thus reducing the need to reset a password.

By default, on your Fortress security enabled site the ability to reset a password by email for Administrator and Editor roles is disabled.

Please contact us with a ticket support@sixfive.com.au and we will reset your password for you, a fresh new one will be sent to you via SMS.

Note your username nor your two factor authentication details will be changed.
