If you need to access your company Google Analytics, Adwords, Tag Manager, Search Console, Data Studio (Looker Studio) you can use your company Google Workspace account (you know you have one because you use gmail for work and send emails from @yourcompanydomain.com 

For those that use emails on different platforms (such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange) you can enable your work email address with Google privileges.

Google is just another service on the internet, they just happen to also process the majority of email on the planet, but that doesn't mean you also need a Google based email address to access the other services. 

Naturally you don't want to sign up for a gmail.com account just for working with Analytics, but it is also best practice to use your work address for anything work related. 

So, you can register on Google as a user for free (even using a Microsoft address!). The video below will walk you through how to do this and create your own password.
