I want to have SixFive as my Google Partner

So you signed up for Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) and set up yourself - nice work! But now you have a problem, and using google to solve a Google problem is a nightmare!

Perhaps you used another Google Cloud Partner but something just isn't right.

Before you do this take note of

  1. Make sure you are on a flexible plan OR you are coming to the end of your commitment period by visiting admin.google.com/Billing > Subscriptions. When you transfer to us, your billing will update as well - so it's best to do it at the end of your billing period.
  2. How many seats / accounts you are paying for (because you will need to pay the same after the move)
  3. If you are on an old GSuite (Basic, Business or Enterprise) or a new Google Workspace (Starter, Standard, Standard Plus, Enterprise) plan

Ready? Let's make the transfer.

Start by creating a transfer token:

  • Go to admin.google.com/TransferToken 
  • Click to start the process
  • Enter our Account Identifier C00s8osr4 
  • Click Next and agree to the terms, generating a transfer token. 
  • Copy the black string of letters and numbers 
  • Now send it to support@sixfive.com.au or get on live chat and we can complete the process

Please now make the purchase of your same Google Workspace account with us so we have your billing details, select the matching product on our Google Workspace product page and complete the process.

Once we have your order, and TransferToken we'll complete the transfer process. 

Things to know: 

  1. There will be no outage or loss of data, no changes (apart from your billing) during this process
  2. When this is complete we'll do a series of checks for deliverability, anti spam and look over your account to make sure it's all good 
  3. Now you can lean on us for help support and advice! 
  4. You will get one final invoice from Google for the period between your regular billing and the date we transferred you.
