Grant Access to Google Analytics Account

Sometimes you will need to add someone to your Google Analytics account, like a developer or a marketing team. You cannot give them your Google login, so you need to invite them to collaborate, here is how you do it

  1. Go to https://analytics.google.com/analytics/web/
  2. Click Admin in the bottom left
  3. Decide if you want to share the entire account (all your web properties if you have multiple) or only a certain View
  4. For the entire account click on User Management in the first column
  5. Enter the user's email address and decide on the level of access - usually everything apart from User Management is the best.

If the person you are inviting does not have a Google email address, then you can suggest they watch this video to create a Google Account (not a gmail.com) with their own email address following this video.
