Expiry Reminder emails - when will my invoice come through?

We are obliged to send you a reminder about your domain expiry at 90 days, 60 days and 30 days from expiry. This is a requirement set by the domain name governing body ICANN.

These serve as a warning that your critically important domain name will expire soon. Remember if your domain expires, then your email and website will stop working, so it's worth keeping an eye on!

However - you won't see an invoice for the renewal until 28 days from expiry. No need to panic, just look out for that and we'll have you running smoothly all the way through the process.

You can view the status of your domain names, expiry dates and more via your My SixFive > Domains screen.
