How do I import Contacts from iOS / Mac?

Start by opening the Contacts application on your Mac computer.

Select All Contacts in the left menu, then in the list of contacts use Ctrl+A on your keyboard to select all.

In the File Menu click File > Export > Export vCard

Save the file in a location you can easily find, like the Downloads folder.

Go to contacts.google.com

In the left menu click Import then select the file you have on your computer.

Optionally you can add a Label to the import - we'd recommend this so you can easily identify who has been imported and you can filter, fix and undo the import if you need.
